Kharma Points and Player Assistance

Hi guys,

I need some help with some NPCs and have an idea or two for ways to earn Kharma Points.  As a note, any KP you earn will not be assigned until after the game gets started. Meaning, you won't be able to use them for character creation.

If you are willing to help create an NPC or do one of the following, please let me know before you start. I only want one player per NPC (per KP, basically) so they don't get spread unevenly.  Anything not started within a couple of weeks I will have to do myself for the sake of the game.

The format for the NPCs will be as follows:

• Stats
  
• Background: At least two paragraphs on history, personality, and general physical apperance.
  
• Cheat Sheet: Quick reference stats for their most important skills so I don't have to add it all up on the fly.
  
• Note: Please do all of this in a format that fits on these forums so I can easily reference anywhere.
  

I need the following NPCs created ASAP. Some can be found in detail here: OP NPCs


Akodo Shinjiro, Lion Clan Champion (son of Shigetoshi)
- Akodo Bushi 5 / Akodo Tactical Master 1
- This guy will ABSOLUTELY be used in the game and you will very probably face him in combat at some point. I want him created as if you were going to play him yourself.  He's going to be hot shit. Also, he was in the canon L5R, but died very early on. He has little story. 
- Find an image


The Shogun: Ietsuna (Soon to be Moto; betrothed to Shinjo Reborn, Moto Naleesh)
- Kaiu Engineer (Tactical focus)
- Find an image for him, please.  Remember, he is the brother to the Emperor.



The Steel Champion: Tsuruchi Fusako, Daimyo of the Tsuruchi Family
- Fusako is secretly a Follower of Slaughter (see here: A World of War Intro in the Mantis Section)
- She is the head of the Ministry of War and uses her position to secretly promote struggles between the clans (unknowingly aided by the Otomo); she has also increased Mantis Piracy, claiming the individual Captains and Crew to be "Small-Scale" warfare at its perfection
- Rank 4 Tsuruchi
- Has a CCG card, so use that for her image



Ide Jidokan, Lord of Daikoku's Golden Wind (Effectively a Provincial Governor) (See Great Clans p251)
- Rank 5 Ide Emissary (Caravan Master, Ide Trader)
- Nearing retirement
- Grandson of the original creator of the Caravan, Ide Daikoku
- He has no direct heirs and is training [Charlie] to take command in the future
- Find an image

Additionally, I am giving out a Kharma Point for anyone who helps me come up with useful, usable ideas that relate to Horsemanship Scenarios in the Unicorn game and/or Cavalry Manuevers for Mass Battle.
